Distortionz has been at the top of the UK breakbeat scene since 2003.
His style of production is unmistakable and his DJ sets are renewed for their unique style, high energy and crowd pleasing qualities. He has been responsible for some of the most prolific break beat releases of recent years with tracks such as “Rock Da House” and “Pure Play” which were released on his own label Bass Invaderz, and also Hitman on Hardcore Beats.
His wizardry in the studio has led him to remix such prominent tunes as the massive Infectious by ED209, the all time classic “Next Level” by Ils, “Gravel Muncher” by DJ Quest and “Rocky” by the Autobots. His unique musical style targets the dance floor and incorporates many elements and inspirations from early UK hardcore and rave, drum and bass and hard techno but one thing Distortionz is especially known for is throwing new and interesting ideas into the mix and always coming up with something fresh.
